Booking vehicles is easier
Employees can enter bookings directly into Navirec. They open the booking module, check vehicle availability and mark the planned time of use and the purpose of the trip.
Completed trips are added automatically to the driving logbook.
A comprehensive overview of the use of vehicles
The calendar shows who used which vehicle and when. Navirec can also collect booking information into a summary report.
If there is a failure or traffic violation, it is easier to understand who should be contacted.
Cost savings

The Estonian Road Administration reduced its fleet with Navirec
The Estonian Road Administration reduced its fleet of 210 cars by several dozen after starting to use Navirec and achieved substantial savings.
- fuel consumption was reduced by 19% per year, around 17,000 liters
- repair and maintenance costs were reduced by 12% over four months, by more than 8,000 euros
The Road Administration also introduced several cars into shared use to increase the intensity of vehicle use.
While bookings were previously managed through MS Outlook, after installing GPS devices the organization started using the more convenient Navirec booking system.
